一、采購項目的名稱、數(shù)量、簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹：
合同簽訂后6個月內(nèi)貨到華東理工大學。（空運）/ CIPEast China University of Science and Technology within 6 months after signing the contract.
二、投標人的資格要求：
1)具有獨立的法人資格，相應的經(jīng)營范圍。1) With independent legal person qualification, the corresponding business scope. 2)必須提供所投產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)商針對本次招標項目出具的獨家授權書。2) must provide the cast product exclusive authorization letter issued by the producer for the project subject to tender. 3) 投標人提供的投標機型應是原產(chǎn)地的全新產(chǎn)品；3) Provide bidders bidding models should be the origin of new products;4)參加本次招標活動前3年內(nèi)，投標人在經(jīng)營活動中沒有違法記錄，無利用不正當競爭手段騙取中標，無行賄犯罪記錄；4）To participate in the bidding activities before three years, the bidder does not break the record in business activities, no using to defraud the bidding by means of unfair competition, no bribery crime record;
